PERSONALIZATION

All our clothes and uniforms can be personalized with the colors and the logo of each school and client.

We work with all textile personalization techniques, we always offer the proposal that best suits each client. We work exclusively with the best materials and techniques on the market to guarantee the perfect condition of the garments after use and washing.

• Serigrafic Print: with plastisol or lacquer inks it is the most common system, photoliths and screen printing screens are used, it can be done with automatic or manual machines, depending on the design, it consists of passing the ink through the engraved mold, by pressure. Once the screen printing is done, the inks need to be polymerized through a drying tunnel, the result is vivid colors and fastness to washing. The end result is of the highest quality and very resistant. Small quantity orders can be met. This technique can also be used to screen print logos in various colors, in this case the maximum will be four colors and it will be necessary to manufacture a screen print screen for each color. (The minimum of multi-color screen printing will depend on the design and number of colors)

• Serigrafic Transfer: it is done with plastisol and screen printing inks or in offset printing on a special silicone paper with mirror effect, the last print is the ink that fixes the drawing to the garment using a thermal press. Good color quality for both light and dark backgrounds, good wash resistance, no household iron can be passed directly into the design. This system is designed for medium / high productions.

• Vinyl: it is a polyurethane material with different textures and thick, matte, shiny, satin, velvet, metallic, glitter ... This system is being widely used at a promotional level and in sportswear, it allows us to work in low production, they can be used in combination with screen printing. It has great resistance to washing, and the final result depends on the quality of the vinyl.

• Digital Print: This system uses a special printer with high resolution and special inks similar to those used in textile screen printing, it is designed for very short productions on both light and dark backgrounds, it is a system that has been on the market for a few years and It is in constant evolution, the shirts will be 100% cotton or 50% polyester / cotton. The advantage is that no photoliths or screen printing are needed, the designs are high definition and it is suitable for multiple colors and gradients. 

• Sublimation: it is made by printing the design with a printer, inks and special paper. The printing is done in a mirror effect, you can only sublimate the polyester or lycra garments in white or very light color, it does not leave a touch and it does not cover the pore of the garment, perspiration is total and the washing resistance it's perfect. With the sublimation printers and plotters there are no minimums or costs for photoliths or screen printing. Any design, process colors, gradients, textures can be made in high definition. The quality of the washing is total, because the ink is fused by a chemical process with the polyester.

EMBROIDERY

We offer the possibility of embroidering all kinds of logos on any garment. We have a high production capacity that allows us to make complex embroideries in short periods of time, with a very careful quality and designs.

To carry out the embroidery, the first time it is necessary to manufacture the Picaje Ribbon, an embroidery program that converts a logo into a file understandable by an industrial embroidery machine, once done, you can embroider practically any design on any Pledge and attend small quantities. The resistance to use and washing is total, it has the handicap that the logos can have a maximum of nine colors and the logos must adapt to the technical limitations of embroidery with thread.

The success of a good embroidery lies in a good design. Our design department produces exact logos at factory prices. We also offer the client all our experience and advice to help them create unique and original designs.

We have our own factory with the latest technology machinery and an annual production over half a million garments. Our production capacity is reinforced by the support of satellite workshops and collaborating companies. Both what is created in our workshop and what our collaborators produce is subjected to strict quality controls carried out by our highly qualified personnel.
