DELIVERY TIME
The usual delivery time during the course is 15-20 days

The delivery period for orders in September and October is 3 to 4 weeks (may be a shorter period)

The delivery time may vary if some material or fabric is used up.

The delivery period for school uniformity will be 30 to 60 days

 

TIMMING FOR ORDERS AND REPLACEMENTS
Orders can be placed throughout the course, the usual delivery time during the course is 15-20 business days

 

When should I place the order to receive it on the desired date?
Orders for the first week of September: They must be made before June 30

Orders placed from July 1 to 15: Delivery during the first half of September

Orders placed from July 15 to 30 + August: Delivery during the second half of September

Orders placed in September and October: delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks

 

PAYMENT METHOD
Regular customer

30-day bank receipt (only for customers with an open credit line)

Early transfer

Cash on delivery (through a collaborating external agency. Commission: € 5 in collections of € -500 / € 10 in collections + € 500)

Depending on the amount of payment and conditions may vary

 

New client

First New Customer Order (order + € 500): 50% upon confirmation - 50% upon order delivery

First New Customer Order (order -500 €): 100% upon confirmation. Advance payment by transfer or card before the goods leave

Procedure of the First Order of a new customer is: Once the items and quantities are detailed, a budget is prepared so that the customer can proceed to the acceptance by entering into account the stipulated amount. The date of entry is the date of acceptance and to be taken into account for the processing of the order and its delivery time

 

PORTES
Regular Garments

Shipping costs in orders of net worth over € 300 (excluding VAT) in Peninsula and Balearic Islands, and for a single delivery address

Orders under € 300: The customer only pays € 7 for shipping costs. (included in invoice)

Shipping due to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the EU (the customer is responsible for shipping costs)

We ship to any EU population (other populations consult shipping conditions)

Shipments are made by own or collaborating Transport Agency with a delivery time of 24/48 hours

 

Special Garments (* by volume or weight)

Agendas: Paid from 150 units. Lower order: € 9 postage

Márfegas Folding mattresses: € 25 postage

* In both cases we give the customer the option of picking up the order in the warehouse or sending his transport agency

 

MINIMUM ORDER (MOQ)
There is no minimum purchase amount *

Depending on the type of garment we may be subject to the Minimum Manufacturing Technicians (MOQ) which is usually:

Items with size: 6 units per size needed (babis, tracksuits, polo shirts, shirts etc.)

Items without size: 10 units (backpacks, agendas, accessories, marbles and mattresses, etc.)

 

In garments of school uniformity or with special patterns the MOQ (minimum quantity) may vary. (Consult)

* Offers and promotions may be subject to minimum purchase quantities

 

SIZES
We can manufacture all garments in any size

Our patterns are spacious and comfortable to ensure the comfort of the students and facilitate the work of the educators

QUALITY
We work exclusively with the best quality fabrics in the market in terms of weight and composition for each garment

We label all garments with their composition

PERSONALIZATION
The price includes the color printing of your logo on all garments. We give it away!

We can also customize the garments with any other customization technique (multi-color screen printing, embroidery, vinyl ...). To budget send us your logo or brand

We master all kinds of customization techniques with a very careful quality standard and use the best materials on the market at factory prices, economical and without intermediaries

 

CONTINUITY
We manufacture all our garments and guarantee the continuity of all our products and the possibility of making replacement orders throughout the course

 

HOLIDAYS
In order to have a good uniformity management and to be able to have orders on the desired date, it is important to remember that PRONENS closes for holidays on the following dates:

August: from 7/31 to 8/15
Christmas: from 12/22 to 9/1
Easter week
During the holiday period, schools can make orders and inquiries by email to pronens@pronens.com that will be processed on the return by date and order of arrival. The holiday period does not compute in terms of manufacturing and delivery timming

 

CHANGES AND RETURNS
In PRONENS we subject all our garments to a rigorous quality control before being sent.

If you perceive any possible damage in the packaging of your order and you think it may affect its content you must make it appear in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery.

 

Defective Article of Origin

In the event that the item received is not in perfect condition, is defective or has a tare, PRONENS undertakes to change it and will bear all the costs of the return and the new shipment. To do this, you must contact us, in a maximum of 7 business days from delivery, through our email address victor@pronens.com to notify us of the defects detected in the item received, as well as to consult any other type of information about returns.

The item must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered, together with the duly completed return sheet and a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

Once the item arrives at our facilities from PRONENS we will verify the incident and exchange it for another item of the same reference (free shipping).

REMEMBER you have 7 days!
 

For all cases stated in our return policy, the return or exchange of items that have been used, handled, damaged or altered in any way, or that do not include the original packaging, will not be accepted.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after seven days from the date of delivery.

Returns of customized products, with embroidered names, or expressly manufactured for a customer are not accepted except that the product has some tare and so the carrier has been recorded.

We are not responsible for losses or damages that may be suffered by returned products that have not been sent or packaged properly by the senders.

 

SHOPS AND DISTRIBUTORS
PRONENS is dedicated to the manufacture of clothing and school uniforms wholesale

We manufacture for all those points of sale and distributors who wish to distribute school uniforms and quality school clothes

Under the brand Pronens or neutral (see conditions). There is possibility to manufacture for other brands (consult)
