Prices

The current price list is published on February 1st and remains valid for the whole year, from February to February.

Price lists are exclusively for schools, companies, and industry professionals.

Prices are not published on this website due to confidentiality reasons towards our clients.

The price list can be requested through the Contact section (please include the details of the educational center or company).

The price list may be modified without prior notice during the school year if circumstances change (tax increases, fabric/material costs, transport, energy, etc.).


Orders

Orders must be placed in writing to our email address: [email protected]

They can also be placed via:

To avoid mistakes, we only accept orders placed in writing to [email protected] or via the website.

If an order is not placed in writing (by phone at +34 932 762 975), we will not be responsible for any incidents that may arise.

As a general rule, we do not process orders sent via WhatsApp or left on voicemail.


Production lead time

  • Typical lead time during the school year: 15–20 days (2–3 weeks), possibly shorter.
  • School uniform items: 30 to 60 business days.

Production lead time may vary if special fabrics and/or colors must be produced, or if any fabric/material is out of stock from our suppliers. Holiday periods do not count towards production lead time.

During August, Christmas, and public holidays, most suppliers close for vacations, making it harder to source fabrics and materials. Therefore, placing orders within the indicated dates is essential to guarantee delivery.


Order & replenishment timing

Orders can be placed throughout the school year. The usual delivery time is 15–20 business days (2–3 weeks, except special items).

To guarantee delivery on September 1st, please confirm your order before June 15th.

Delivery deadlines for uniform orders

  • Guaranteed delivery on September 1st: confirm your order before June 15th.
  • Orders from June 15th to June 30th: delivery during the first week of September.
  • Orders from July 1st to July 15th: delivery during the first half of September.
  • Orders from July 15th to July 30th: delivery during the second half of September.
  • Orders in August, September, and October: delivery time of approximately 3 to 5 weeks (depending on the order, model, and quantity).
  • School uniform orders: 30 to 60 days. To guarantee delivery in early September, they must be placed in May.

Payment terms

  • Standard terms: 50% upon confirmation and 50% when the order is finished, before goods leave our facilities.
  • Orders with a net value (excl. VAT) below €600: confirmation requires 100% payment of the quotation.

Other payment methods

  • Bank direct debit at 30 days (only for clients with an approved credit line and completed SEPA documentation)
  • Advance bank transfer upon confirmation
  • Credit card payment
  • Bizum
  • Cash on delivery (cash payment upon delivery). External carrier + 5% fee on the amount (included on the invoice)

New client procedure

  • First order for a new client (+€600): 50% upon confirmation – 50% upon completion (this 50% can also be paid on delivery; see COD conditions)
  • First order for a new client (-€600): 100% upon confirmation (advance payment by transfer or card before shipment)

Once items and quantities are defined, we issue a quotation or proforma invoice for acceptance by bank payment of the stipulated amount. The payment date is considered the acceptance date and is used for processing and production/delivery lead times.


Shipping

Shipping paid

Free shipping to mainland Spain for orders with a net value over €1000 (excluding VAT) and for a single delivery address.

Shared shipping

  • Orders below €1000: mainland shipping €12 (included on the invoice). PRONENS pays the remainder.
  • Balearic Islands: €24 per parcel <2kg / €12 per parcel >2kg

Shipping due

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the EU: the client covers shipping costs.

Taxes (IGIC, DUA...) and customs duties are borne by the client according to the current rates (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Switzerland...).

Special shipping

  • Agendas: €12 per parcel to mainland Spain (50 units per parcel). Shipping due for other destinations.
  • Márfegas foldable mats: €42.50 mainland / €45 Balearic Islands / €30 Barcelona province. Parcel 80×60×60 cm (13 units). Shipping due for other destinations.
  • Baby changing mattresses: €42.50 mainland / €45 Balearic Islands / €30 Barcelona province. Parcel 80×60×60 cm (10 units). Shipping due for other destinations.
  • International EU: <5kg €20 per parcel / >5kg €70 per parcel / Switzerland €85
  • International outside the EU: shipping due
  • Other special products: please enquire

In all cases, clients may collect the order from our warehouse or arrange pickup with their own carrier at no cost.

Shipments are made via our own or partner carriers with delivery times of 24/48h to mainland Spain (3–5 days rest of EU; 7–10 days Canary Islands).


Minimum order quantities (MOQ)

We do not set an overall minimum purchase quantity; however, production of certain items is subject to Technical Minimums (MOQ) depending on product type:

  • General items (10 units): backpacks, agendas, accessories, mats, bibs, smocks, etc.
    • Note for sized garments: mixed sizes can be ordered, provided a minimum of 6 units per required size is respected (e.g.: 6 size 0 / 6 size 2).
  • Small orders: where technically possible, orders below 10 units can be produced with a +€2 surcharge per unit.
  • Special items and uniforms: MOQ may vary. Please enquire case by case.
  • Offers and promotions: may be linked to a specific minimum quantity.

  • MOQ for each garment may change due to justified production circumstances.
  • The Product Page indicates the approximate MOQ.
  • Notice: website and catalog images are not contractual.

Claims

All goods must be checked before delivery or handling. No claims will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt.

No claims will be accepted if the goods have been manipulated (screen printing, embroidery, etc.), whether delivered to our client or to third parties at the client’s request.


Sizes

We can manufacture garments in any size.

Our patterns are generous and comfortable to ensure students’ comfort and facilitate educators’ work.

Quality

We work exclusively with high-quality fabrics in terms of weight and composition.

All garments are labeled with their composition.

We maintain a constant innovation policy to adopt the best techniques and materials available.


Customization

The price includes one-color printing of your logo on all garments. It’s on us!

We can also customize using other techniques (multi-color screen printing, embroidery, vinyl...). To quote it, send us your logo or brand.

We use the best materials at factory prices, without intermediaries.


Continuity

We manufacture our garments and guarantee product continuity and the possibility of placing replenishment orders throughout the school year.


Holidays

For proper uniform management and to ensure delivery on the desired date, please note PRONENS’ holiday closures:

  • August: from August 4th to August 18th
  • Christmas: from December 23rd to January 7th
  • Easter
  • Local holidays in Barcelona

During these periods, schools may still place orders and send enquiries by email to [email protected]. They will be processed upon our return, by date and order of receipt.

Holiday periods are not counted in production and delivery lead times. In addition, most suppliers also close in August and at Christmas.


Exchanges & returns

As garments are made specifically for each client, returns are not accepted except for manufacturing defects in unused items, notified in writing within 7 days after delivery.

If you notice damage to the packaging, please state it in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Manufacturing defect

  • PRONENS commits to replace the item with an identical one and cover return shipping and reshipping costs.
  • Contact [email protected] within a maximum of 7 business days from delivery.
  • The item must be in the same condition as delivered, with the return form and a copy of the invoice/delivery note.

Reminder: you have 7 days to report incidents.

Returns are not accepted for used, manipulated, damaged items, or items without original packaging. Personalized products are not returnable unless a defect is reported within the stated period.


Shops & distributors

PRONENS manufactures wholesale for retailers and distributors wishing to distribute quality school uniforms and garments.

Prices and terms can be requested via Contact. Orders for September must be placed before June 5th.
